About Us.

At The Phoenix Shared Living, we believe that everyone deserves a safe place to call home and a supportive community to belong to. Our mission is to provide dignified, compassionate, and integrated transitional housing for those on a clear path to independence: adults in recovery rebuilding their lives through sober, structured living, and individuals working toward greater self-sufficiency with essential life skills and case support.

We understand that a home is more than just a roof. It is the foundation upon which we build stability, health, and lasting connections. That’s why our model goes beyond traditional housing to foster a true community of accountability and mutual support—the cornerstone of sustainable growth.

Our Integrated Approach to Care

We specialize in creating shared living environments that foster independence while providing a built-in network of support. Our approach is built on three core pillars:

Services

Specialized Senior Living

We offer more than just senior housing; we offer vibrant communities where older adults can thrive. We combat isolation by fostering social connections and providing support with daily activities, allowing residents to age with grace, dignity, and a sense of purpose.

Holistic Homeless Assistance

For those emerging from homelessness, the journey to stability requires more than a key. We provide a critical stepping stone with safe housing, coupled with resources for case management, life skills training, and access to essential services, empowering residents to rebuild their lives on a solid foundation.

Empowering Disability Support

We create accessible, supportive homes tailored to the unique needs of adults with physical, developmental, or intellectual disabilities. Our focus is on promoting autonomy within a caring community, offering personalized assistance that helps each resident achieve their personal goals.

A Note on Our Scope of Care: To ensure clarity, our program offers vital non-medical support within a residential community setting. We do not function as a medical or clinical facility and are unable to provide skilled nursing, medication management, or intensive psychiatric care.

Our Mission

Why the Name "Phoenix"?

The phoenix is a timeless symbol of renewal and rising from challenge. It perfectly embodies the journey of our residents. Whether transitioning from a crisis, adapting to the changes of aging, or navigating the world with a disability, we provide the environment and support for individuals to rise, rebuild, and rediscover their strength.

Our mission is to provide safe, supportive, and communal housing that empowers seniors, individuals experiencing homelessness, and adults with disabilities to live with dignity, independence, and a renewed sense of belonging.

Resident Expectations / Who We Serve:

We welcome individuals ready to commit to sobriety, engage in personal growth and community life, and actively participate in our structured program of work, case management, and skill-building.
